    Thanks for being open late during finals. The drink machines need to be filled more often.

    I can’t click on the options within find journals/articles because as soon as I move the mouse..it goes to the next row..incredibly frustrating I can’t click on the journal database..

    If you are having difficulty using the mouse on the WML home page, try using the Library page on the My.Scranton portal. Login to My.Scranton and then click on the tab labeled “Library.” This page has a Library Catalog Search box and a Library Periodicals search box, a link to the A to Z list of Databases and a link to the Databases by Subject, and much more!

    Put us on your buddy list @ uofsrefdesk (GoogleTalk, AIM, MSN and Yahoo chat). IM (instant messaging) has been added to the list of virtual distant reference services provided by the Weinberg Library. Students and faculty can access chat via both IM and enhanced virtual chat along with email (askalibrarian@scranton.edu) and phone service @ 941-4000. IM, email and phone reference are responded to by librarians at the University of Scranton. The 24/7 enhanced virtual chat service is made possible through the cooperative efforts of Jesuit College & University Libraries and Tutor.com’s Librarian by Request.
    Times that alternative reference services are available;
    IM is open from 8:00-10:00 PM Sunday through Friday
    Enhanced chat is available 24/7
    Email is generally answered within 24 hours of receipt
    The Reference Desk and Phone calls are responded to during normal operating hours; see the library website for a listing of hours, http://academic.scranton.edu/department/wml/hours.htm
